		<description>I think in some ways your body holds onto some of that excess weight when you are breastfeeding, but I don&#039;t think it holds 30 lbs.  I know I still had an extra 15 lbs. and I had to really watch what I ate in order to lose 10 of it and still have 5 more to lose - I have not been exercising though :(  A lot of the weight retention I think is due to stress - stress from the new baby, breastfeeding, job/no job, husband/boyfriend/family members.  We don&#039;t really realize how our body reacts to even the slightest negativity in our environments.

I would stick with a weight watchers type diet - eat lots of salads, whole grains, fruit, lean meats, veggies and you should drop the weight, especially with exercise.  &amp; drink lots of water, avoid caffeine &amp; diet sodas.  Stay away from High fructose corn syrup if it is the first 5 ingredients in prepackaged foods and also avoid anything with hydrogenated oils, enriched flours, and saturated fats (these are tips from Oprah&#039;s diet guru, Dr. Oz).&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

I don&#039;t know if my body is holding onto the weight because of the breastfeeding or if that has anything to do with it.  I just want toskinny again!!
