Stomach Muscle Training For A Mouse!

If you really need to get ripped abs then you are definitely going to have to work at it It took me some time before I realised that I was doing things wrong

I no longer wanted the monotonous gym sessions three times a week and it was time for a change I found a so much better way and followed you’ll save time Boring cardio should not be part of your regime Forget the cardio boredom warm things up and get motivated

{For best results do a variable intensity workouts that takes you out of breath and makes your heart pound} Compare marathon runners against fast sprinters Fast Sprinters have Stomach muscles and powerful muscular bodies but marathon runners are very thin without much muscle and weigh very little

Here are three of my favourite fast exercises that have helped my abs stay ripped

Running sprints, in a park or on a running track Begin with a 20 metre sprint then rest for 1-2 minutes catch your breath and then run the next sprint before resting again  Build up your sprints by 20 metre increments and build up to 100 metres  Start slow with 4-5 sprints per workout and try to build up up to 20 sprints

Jumping rope, Start with about 20 seconds of speed jumps where you go as fast as you can, then a slower period of the same time to catch your breath as you to get ready for your next fast burst Try alternating regular jumps, one-legged jumps, double jumps, to keep it interesting and build intensity

Mountain biking  It is a great workout going up the hills but when you go down you are getting an thrilling break This is not like using an exercise cycle in the gym or at home whilst you watch TV  People get easily bored with exercise bikes Mountain bikes are taken out regularly yet exercise bikes are usually dirty from not being used as they just gather dust or forgotten in the cellar  Mountain bikers are having fun and getting fitter at the same whilst users of exercise bikes are looking for another way as it is not worth all the hours of boredom with no visible results {If you add sports like these as part of your abs workout you will soon have the body your looking for}

Change Your Abs Routines to Get Better Results

Monday, June 22nd, 2009

There are lots of exercises that you can do for your abs routines. Often people will pick 1 or 2, and stick with those. Although this can work to some degree, it will not provide you with a full core workout.

The thought of having a six pack on your stomach will make you feel good about yourself. Your whole body will look a lot better if you are able to see a strong six pack. Most people often overlook the other great positives of a stronger stomach area.

All round stomach strength acts as a defense for your internal organs. If the stomach area is too fat, the weight of it will be forced forwards. This can often result in your organs not getting the protection that they need, along with a chance of some of them being slightly dislodged. A variety of stomach exercises will target the all round area of the core region.

All exercises for the stomach will only be effective if you do them consistently. Even the best abs workout or ab machine is going to be useless, unless you are prepared to do it on a consistent basis. Another thing to consider is the ab exercise machines that you can buy these days. Although productive, ab machines are not neccessary to obtain a six pack. You are spoiled for choice when it comes to abs training. You can choose the best exercises out there, but without putting in the effort, it will be pointless. There are no shortcuts.

You will want to pick exercises that target your oblique's, the lower, middle, and upper sections of your abs, and let's not forget your lower back. There is a connection of all these areas, so by hitting all areas you will end up a greater development of the area. A strong stomach area has plenty of other benefits as well.

There are lots of different core exercises that you can include in your abs routines to target the different areas of your stomach, below is just a small list that you should consider.

Crunches
Doing crunches holding onto a weight
Doing crunches to the sides
Leg Lifts
Weighted Front Squats
Plank
The side plank
Sit Ups
Side Bends
Bar Twists
Leg Raises

These are just a few core exercises that you can do as part of your abs workouts. Try to find out what is goint to suit you. You may have to try some different ways at first, but it will be worth it. The more areas of your core that you can hit, the better all round development you will get.

Try not to forget that although training your stomach, will make it stronger, your abs will not be seen unless you get rid of the fat that surrounds them. This will mean making changes to your diet, along with having a variety of stomach exercises as part of your abs routines
